It’s time to bring this blog back to life. Much has happened since our last post. For example, how about this? With our bare hands we have built a completely new studio together with the other members in our local studio community “Grammofon”. A project that seemed impossible but today we stand with the greatest playground for grown-ups we could ever wish for. On top of that we have spent what feels like a life time to record KallocaiN’s forthcoming second album. We are extremely excited about it but we will write much more about that later. KallocaiN will also contribute with two songs on the first “Grammofon” compilation album that will be released soon. Chill out! See you soon!
An evening in September we set off on a very special gig. In the deep forests north of Norrköping is a big rock, Rödberget (Red Rock), which has a ledge at 10 meters height which forms a natural scene. Rödberget’s design with a slightly forward-sloping rock wall provide very good acoustic conditions.
In cooperation with Rödbergets vänner (friends of Red Rock), Garden of Grace, and Grammofon/Gramtone this evening was held with nature walk, concert and food cooked over open fire. Besides Kallocain, others that played were Ebba and Cerefie in silk and Tree Full of People.
It was very atmospheric with the illuminated cliff in the dark surrounded by torches and the full moon. In the middle of the scene stands a pine tree as part of the fixed requisites.
